At Hill Top Surgery we provide a wide range of appointment times including times outside normal office hours. See our Opening times page.
We do not restrict the ability of patients to book their appointments in advance where this is appropriate, and appointments can be booked at least six weeks ahead.
There are three ways to make an appointment:
- Call into the Practice
- Telephone our main number 0161 622 2760
- If you have registered at reception beforehand you can also take advantage of online appointment booking, ask reception for further details (see below)
Urgent cases are seen on the day. If your condition is non-urgent you can expect to see a GP within two working days, though you may have to wait longer if you want to see a particular GP.
Reception
When you attend for your appointments please let reception know that you have arrived, and then wait to be seen.
If needed, a private room can be made available to discuss personal matters.
Online Appointment Booking (and cancellation of previously booked appointments)
We offer patients the convenience of booking their appointments online. Please speak to reception who will register you and give you your unique username and password to use on the website. To access the site click here. The online appointment system will allow you to book Doctors appointments and telephone consultations up to 7 weeks in advance. However you will not be able to book more than 3 appointments at a time.
As well as booking appointments you can also cancel them, so if you know you cannot make the appointment please cancel it so another patient can fill the slot.
